Absolutely unbelievable response at midnight to repair A/C! Technician was prompt, courteous and returned with necessary part to ensure I wasn't facing interior heat of 90 degrees plus during the night...as a senior, I so appreciated this concern. My service technician Edwin performed diagnostic tests and found the fan motor on my furnace was not working. He cleaned the fan and replaced the motor. He also recommended future maintenance checks on HVAC, plumbing, which includes flushing the water heater and home electrical to help keep these systems in working order with an affordable maintenance schedule twice a year. I signed up and received a discount on my service visit. I am very pleased there was no pressure to "replace everything" as he provided all the options.
