Family Dollar — Local services in Industry

Absolutely the most irresponsible business/store I have ever seen.

If the wind blows the wrong way they close. They often put a sign on the door stating they are in the back and to knock. Nobody comes to the door. I drive 16 miles to this store and on any given day there is a 50% chance they are closed.

I understand that it's a small town....but do better !!!! Get off the phones. Do your jobs and keep normal...

This store is in a small quaint town. Staff is friendly. They are stocked. I love this location. I do shop here once a month and there has been a couple times this location that the doors were locked. I am sure it was due to short staffing. Corporate people need to do better on helping their store mgrs and staff. You definitely can not make money if your businesses (plural) do not have the people traffic...

Update July 2025 I give my opinion good or not so good but after a while I come back and give an update. This store has VASTLY IMPROVED! Reliable hours, well stocked and reasonably priced. Whoever is THE new management they are doing a terrific job. Kudos to Industry FAMILY DOLLAR a asset to the...
