Not the biggest lake, but you get go wide open on a 115 outboard or 190 inboard/outboard for a good few minutes. There is a nice little park for kids, and some open areas you can fish from the shoreline. They do provide restrooms to the public, and you've got a couple nearby restaurants to dine at when you've finished your time outdoors. No complaints about the place, just behave yourself and don't do anything that might catch you a visit from the warden, they wont tolerate people on the property or the lake...
