If I could give a zero star rating I would. Completely unprofessional. Brought in my external hard drive with the last 6 years of my life on it so that he could back up the stuff on my parents old computer that died. He reformatted my hard drive without asking deleting everything I had on there (which was not backed up elsewhere as my computer could not hold all of the work I had on there.) Completely in shock that he could be so careless, I told him I just wanted my stuff back and I'd go somewhere else, when I came to pick up the computer and hard drive, he was rude, didn't apologize, and blamed me for bringing in anything important and for not telling him I wanted to keep the stuff already on my drive. Most ridiculous experience of my life and so much important stuff is gone. And he acted like he did...

The owner has been nothing short of amazing. I've had various issues getting 3d printers up and running(my own novice problems, not the printers) and he has repeatedly helped me learn how to troubleshoot the machines, and stepped in when necessary. Honestly can not say enough good things about him and the way he runs his business. Taking the time(after hours) to help me, when the problem was no fault of his. You don't see that very often, and he has come thru time and again. Very appreciative of who he is and what he does. I will be a lifelong customer and will do all I can to spread the word about...

Called for a quote on a MacBook. Told him the specs of what I wanted and that I’d be there to buy it. I arrived and he already had the MacBook specially out for me and said “I had a feeling you were gonna come buy it.” (He doesn’t keep MacBooks on display at the store, only at ware house) Need I mind you this whole process took an hour from the moment I placed the phone call.
