Amazing products and excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and Amy and her family have always gone out of their way to help me with my orders!! They are the one stop shop for beautiful and delicious smelling candles, wax melts and warmers, wonderful soaps and a sugar scrub that is a special treat indeed!! They always pack my products with care, shipping is handled in a quick manner and they always include wonderful samples wax melts that are great to try. I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED!! I have also NEVER HAD TO RETURN ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON!! The only problem I have is I always want more!! The samples always compel me to buy something else!! But I know that if I ever had ANY ISSUES, Amy would happily help me solve them! The only problem I have is my favorites were sold out during Christmas, but that’s a temporary thing! I’m always trying new candles. After watching one of my favorite YouTube channels “little cabana junkin” Kayla left a very nice review of the candles and supplied her viewers with a discount codes. I don’t usually buy candles without smelling them first, but with the discount, I took my chances. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Let me first say that the five I purchased were shipped with care and I received a nice handwritten letter, such a nice touch. All five smelled wonderful from the jars and was a hard decision to pick the first one to light. “Yellow Jessamine” was my first pick to light, and the smell was so beautiful. Just the best smell ever in a candle in my opinion. That was a few days ago and I can still smell the scent if you are about 6ft away from the candle without being lit, such a beautiful smell and I know the quality is superb if the scent still lingers days after it was lit. Inglennook candles are the best candles I've purchased. While visiting from MA, I was shopping in the fabulous boutique Simply Country, that sells Inglenook candles. I was immediately impressed with the product, but wasn't excited about the thought of having to pack it in my luggage. The boutique owner told me about the candles and that they would ship throughout the US for an amazingly small shipping charge. I took the information and after returning home, purchased one for myself and another for the friend I was visiting. Both of the candles arrived in perfect condition within days of purchase. My package contained a hand written note, from the owner. Amy Moore, owner of Inglenook Candles, has started an amazing company. Her product is the best I have seen.
