I used to like going there with my service dog..but today NO I came to get dog food! The lady at the counter told me next I have bring my service’s dog id! WHICH BY THE WAY isn’t legal! And I told her she can’t ask for that..she said yes she can. SHE CAN’T! Then she said next time to leave the dog at home. It’s a service dog I CAN’T for my disability! THEY ONLY CAN ASK 2 QUESTIONS! Which is, is that a service animal? And tasks it performs! Like train your staff on this! I wish I recorded it because I definitely would’ve reported to the ADA! Definitely not disability friendly when it comes to invisible...
