I had the most unfortunate situation happen with two managers 12 days later my money was still missing I had zero help from the two managers I was sadly at the mercy of finally I was told basically ur out of luck call the bck office so I did I was finally matched with Travis who then contacted chung and Derrick TRAVIS IMMEDIATELY VALIDATED ME he immediately made me feel like I wasn’t crazy he told me to go back to that store and GET MY REFUND he said the distract manager had been notified but may not contact me ( I was fine with this resolution) as I’m getting my refund (from the same manager who basically dismissed me and told me to go deal with my bank cause they didn’t have my money ) Derrick the district manager called me and asked me to please give him the story again and I did and he patiently listened to every word he was incredible just like Travis
I was happy they got me my rent money back FINALLY but Derrick wasn’t happy with that he said I was owed some compensation for the absolute mess and the way we were treated and I was owed an apology
I am leaving 5 stars for the back office for the way they handled this and the way they took the mismanagement of their workers very seriously
Derrick and Travis u the mvps u two are literal kings!!!

And it doesn't cost anymore to shop there than driving to Claremore and going to Reasor's or God Forbid Wal-Mart. It's hard to find something ever wrong with the store and if you want me to say something bad about Harp's.......I'd be lying especially the deli. There's no better chicken in the State and NOBODY makes a better cake or dessert!!! I thought Reasors birthday cakes were the "Gold Standard", NOPE!!! Harps has them smoked for best cakes and bakery!! NO WHERE BETTER than Harps, I personally WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE...
Read moreInola is a small town, as such, it's a smaller Harps. If you aren't familiar with Harps, it's a chain grocer out of Missouri if I remember correctly. There's several I'm aware of in Eastern Oklahoma, to include my small home town of Locust Grove. I digress, the Inola store is always very clean, they have a great little deli section with hot foods and cut to order meats and cheeses. But, my favorite thing is they will sell locally grown, small batches of vegetables. I use this to supplement my own personal garden fresh veggies. Alas, they are out of pickling salt, but so is every place...
