Falls International Airport — Local services in International Falls

Delay after delay after delay. This happens I understand but when we approached the ticket agent.....well I found her response towards us Flat Rude and callous!! We had waited untill most everyone was finished. Then stood in line to find out if we were going to miss our connecting flight in mpls to Orlando. Our vacation in Disney World with the Main attraction and highlight of the trip starting in several hours. We were quickly dismissed and told to go sit down! With no information or even common courtesy to give a hint of what was going on. Slightly ticked off we sat and watched while trying to hear what might be happening. As soon as the other ticket agent was free we went straight up to the counter and tried to find out if we were going to fly out that day or not. Finally ... we were told they could get us to mpls but we would not make it to orlando until maybe later the next day...possibly!!! We talked and decided that this was unacceptable with out travel dates or arrival times much less our itinerary now out of our control the only alternative was to cancle. We asked for a refund of the flight. A "young man training" in was instructed to call to see if the reimbursement could or would be approved. While confirming my daughter's information and payment details this punk starts asking where she got her email name from...what group she belonged too...and then asked her if she was (A REAL REDHEAD)!!! Both of us said Excuseeee Me???? My grand daughter trying to understand why he asked her mother that question. He blew it off saying it was just (chit chat)!! On a positive note: the terminal is comfortable and clean. And I'm sure that most flights do not have nearly the level of issues that we...

Clean, renovated small airport with the best customer service staff! The staff here are awesome! They are so helpful and really go the extra mile to make you smile. Even the security are nice when dealing with old people who’ve never flown before. I’d like to especially mention the lady who does the pre boarding, our plane was running late and a lot of passengers had connecting flights she got the rooms attention and made things go super efficient it was nothing like I’d ever seen at an airport before! And she even got a couple of children complimentary colouring books! Thanks for a great airport experience! From check in...

This is the best airport ever. Staff are friendly and helpful. I fly LOTS! When another airport lost my bags, these guys helped me track it down. When a flight was delayed, they brought us snacks, drinks, merch, and pizza. They even coaxed us all into a round of bingo! Very clean airport! They have free short term parking (please call them for details, the number of days free parking is available has recently changed).
