I needed a new mattress ASAP as the one at home broke on me and was lumpy beyond my backs comprehension. I contacted Sophie in the morning and while I was at work explaining what I was looking for. While I was at work, Sophie got everything ready for me. When I got out of work, Sophie had me lay on the sample mattress and it was fantastic. Then, just when I thought the hard part of needing to transport the mattress was coming, she said they offer free delivery to the front door. Omg what I life saver. The delivery men placed the mattress in the exact place I needed it for me to finish the job of getting the mattress into my room and onto the bed. At night, I actually fell asleep fairly quickly! I'd definitely recommend Slumberland to anyone who needs a mattress or furniture.

I visited slumberland with my family in search of a table and we were all greeted by Sophie! She led us to several tables and after some discussion on what we were looking for the 2nd one she showed was perfect for our needs. My mom purchased a table but our experience didn't stop there. Sophie walked us around the store showing us bed frames, mattresses and box springs. She spoke with us about her family which led me to personally buying a new bed frame. Sophie quickly helped me load the frame into my pickup and explained how to put it together. When I got home, I got it put together in a short twenty minutes. This is the second time I got Sophie while looking inside the store and my experience here was as great if not better the. first time she helped me. As I entered the store it felt inviting and was greeted with a smile from Ben. He was attentive and I had a couch in mind. I showed him the screen shot and he checked the availability of the item while I looked in the back for marked down furniture. I was already in the system and my item was pulled up. I asked if there were any veterans discounts and Ben explained it was marked down already and was professional in explanation. I ordered the item and was completely satisfied. Nicole from Slumberland in International Falls went above and beyond to help me with my order. The delivery guys tried for a long time to get my new beds to go upstairs without taking off the banister. They remained pleasant through all of it. Nicole answered all my questions and called me to help find an alternative bed and box spring for my family. My husband ended up cutting off the banister so the original order would be able to fit.
