Inwood Trading Post — Local services in Inwood

Consigners there want outrageous prices for their old stuff for example they had a Dukes of Hazzard slot car set for sale as a collector's item for $70 and it didn't even have the correct slot cars in it they also had a old Boombox there they wanted over $200 for. Yes some boom boxes from the old days are worth a lot but not that brand. this all in the same day I also found a RC shark balloon I was going to buy my son only to find out that half the parts were missing to that as well. Which seems to be the general theme throughout the store Most everything I seen upstairs look like leftover stuff from an auction especially the tools. Electronics are never quality. When they have a sale they're not specific about how the sale works until you go to pay for the items or when you show up at the store then there's always a catch. Anything that is remotely nice in the store is considered Posh and cost way more. Initially when the place first opened it was an awesome place to shop with quality products now and basically looks like local garbage days outside and the inside looks like a bunch of stuff rejected from other...

Absolutely amazed at all the variety of items the trading post has. And very reasonable as well . Enjoy just browsing through here when I come through town and next thing I know an hour has gone by! Didn't catch her name but the lady that was behind the counter which I assumed was the owner was very informative and friendly also learned a few things about Inwood that I wasn't aware of. Can't wait to stop back...
