I usually have a great experience with the cashier, I'm there 3 times a week. I don't care for the butchers, they act as if you're a burden. I gave them another chance, and this time I was given old chicken wings. I can't trust your butchers to give me proper food. I will no longer buy meat from there and I probably will no longer shop there. You lost a loyal customer.

We shop often at this store and appreciate the helpful folks and the carry out is handy, too! On my return today, I was really surprised at all the items that are marked down. White flags everywhere, see photos. Usual friendly and helpful service.

**Attached picture is of quarintine hours** A little inappropriate to have people still bring groceries out during social distancing, but always good stuff at decent prices. Just the right size of store and fantastic meat counter.

I came to Iowa to visit my boyfriend's dad and the first store I come to, Fareway Grocery, happens to be completely racist. The second we walk up to the register, some boy comes running up to the register as if the lady cashing us out had a panic button. We ended up having a total of 5 bags but the man insisted on helping us out to our car. Us, being in our 20's said it was no trouble and we could do it ourselves but then he argued that it was "store policy" and that "he needed to bring the cart back in". We agreed and walked out to our car noticing an older white couple, in their 90's with two full carts and no one helped them out to their car. We also saw an older white gentleman whom had one prosthetic leg and a boot on the other, and he received no help either. It's funny how the people that seemed to actually need help received nothing, yet the one black guy needed to be followed. It's 2018, and I have never been so disrespected in my life. As we were leaving, I said Merry Christmas to the lady cashing us out and she laughed at me. I would not recommend this store...especially if you...

I shop at this grocery store most often. Their produce lasts the longest, they have the best prices, and if they don't, they price match other grocery stores' ads. The employees are always super friendly, especially the cashiers. The checking out process is very fast, and if lines start to build, they immediately call for additional cashiers and baggers. The people who bag your groceries will take your groceries out to your vehicle, no matter the weather. I would like to see more vegetarian food (e.g. tempeh), as well as additional gluten free and dairy free options that are priced competitively with more frequent sales on these products. They do have...

Every time I go there I was treated not with respect but always being watched and being discriminated against, because of my husbands race compared to other customers. People like Jacob in the meat department not wanting to debone a couple of chicken thighs for me. Couldn't tell me when the monk fish came in and was rude and no interest in helping my husband and I. I will not be shopping here again. I am tired of being treated disrespectfully every time. I don't steal. You can call your store christian ran but if you still be ugly inside. I go where I am treated fairly and with respect because that is how you all stay employed is if customers...
