Jenny sure does a great job i have to admit it!! But I was kind of désappointed, first last November I wasn’t feeling great because I had some COVID symptoms so I didn’t make it to and she texted me with some rude words, then I explained myself and sent her a screenshot of my COVID test which was positif, she then apologized, I accepted it. Then I was waiting for my appointment to come so bad, she said she would send a text message to confirm but I never received it and got confused with the dates, I called her and texted her but no answer so I figured if I didn’t receive confirmation then maybe it’s for the next day, I got there she said you were supposed to come yesterday I told her I didn’t receive confirmation she said she sent it.... then I told her ok let’s schedule another time she said she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my hair again. I would understand if at least I received the text and let her down but I DIDNT !!!!!! Very unprofessional. I usually write good reviews about that and recommend her to my friends that have been going there. I am just désappointed. I have been getting my hair cut by Jenny for about 5 years. I can't imagine ever going back to some of the high end salons that charge five times the amount and don't even come close to the pampering I get by Jenny. She does aromatherapy, hot towel, and head massage while washing my hair. It is so relaxing. Then she cuts my hair and I am always happy with the way it looks. Her salon is really nice. It isn't what you would expect when going to a salon in someone's home. Nice decor, good music, and comfortable surroundings. It is also nice to have the entire place to yourself when you go. No gabbing people talking loudly in the chair next to you like other places. If you have never gone to Jenny, I highly recommend you try her. You will be...

My experiences with Jenny have always been amazing! I was so nervous the first time getting a Brazilian wax and she not only was very welcoming, but talked me through the process, gave me continuous reassurance, & kept conversation which helped me not focus on the wax itself.
