Peter was wonderful. He went well beyond any expectation that I may have had. I use my laptop for everything. I am an author and a very busy content writer, so I am constantly bombarded by deadlines. I contacted him on Labor Day because my laptop would not turn on. I needed to work and get things done, and the display wouldn’t come on no matter what I tried to do. I got in contact with Peter, and he was able to see me right away and get it working for me. One of my ram slots had gone bad, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in going over the options that I had.

I ended up deciding to get a larger ram card to make up for the four gigs I had lost and upgrade my hard drive. Peter was able to order the parts and get me in quickly again. I dropped my laptop off in the evening and was able to pick it up first thing in the morning (so I can get back to work!).

All in all, I appreciate and stress how efficient Peter was and that he was able to get me my laptop back quickly. His prices are more than reasonable. If I had taken this into Best Buy, I probably would have been charged at least 3 or 4 times more. I wouldn't have gotten my laptop back for days, which would have been the real tragedy for me.

Peter was also really great at making helpful suggestions — even in making recommendations about backing my files more regularly. While I know I’m supposed to, he made several good points, which isn’t something that he needed to do. That and the way he handled my laptop so quickly showed me how much he cares about...

Best laptop repair service I have ever had! I had purchased an off-brand replacement battery for my laptop and had completely stripped one of the screws using the wrong size phillips that came with the package. Peter was able to get screw out and install the new battery to my laptop in less than 30 minutes- he even offered this at no price! But of course there were more issues because I was too cheap to get a Dell made battery... I did not expect a solution, but Peter went through the trouble of troubleshooting the new battery and fixed the problem- seemed like magic to me but clearly Peter has nothing short of an incredible amount of knowledge regarding computer repair. When I picked up my laptop he walked me through what the issue was and how to prevent the problem from happening again. Very reasonable...

When bringing in my laptop after frying my motherboard, I was given a very in depth and thorough run down of what my options would be. He was very timely with fixing my laptop, but he cracked a part of my laptop when replacing the screen, the outer part of the screen of my laptop doesn't stick to the laptop, and he disconnected the front camera from my device so I cannot use FaceTime or any other feature on my laptop that would require the camera. We discussed that when available, he would fix it free of charge; but it has been two months since I contacted him to remind him about the matter and I have yet to hear a response. He did fix what I needed, but he also damaged things in the process. Next time I have a problem I will spend the extra money at a Best Buy or some other...
