The helpful people at Al Surplus went above and beyond to help show me the physical hinge assembly so I could make an assessment of how it would work in my kitchen. They went down to the warehouse and FaceTimed me to show me the exact details that I needed. This saved me a long drive of a few hours to the closest showroom and enabled me to make the right decision for our kitchen. AL Surplus is a Great Place to buy an appliance. I recently purchased a 36" Thermador Pro Grand Gas Range. They were Awesome. Shipped out the same day I ordered it . Packaged very well considering it weighed over 400 lbs. Double Pallet. Tons of Bubble wrap. David really took care of me. Shipped to Huntington Beach CA and it arrived a week later.
