We’ve been coming to the keys for 30 years and although most businesses deliver world class food & stellar service, the marine parts stores like this one seem to be lackadaisical, unprepared and inadequate in delivering fast service. August 2024…I called here at 8:15am and waited 7 minutes on the phone to check on a Yamaha part they didn’t have. In addition, when I went in to buy a tow rope, I waited 25 minutes for them to get their computers up to ring up the sale. They seemed inexperienced but very polite. The best guy there was Aaron who gave me a full tour of the entire Caloosa site including bait shop and gas pump stations. Once they get their chit together they’ll earn 5 stars.
