Took them over two hours to come after I called repeatedly to find out when they would be there. The “technician” couldn’t get the door to our home open (lock was stuck) and said he would have to break the door and charge me $180. I asked to see his business license which he claimed he doesn’t need which is a flat out lie. I sent him home and called another locksmith who was able to open the door without breaking It in about one minute. The second locksmith didn’t even charge me to come out because he has to order a part for a new door handle. These folks charged me $29 for doing nothing but making us wait in the cold for hours....

Do not use this place you will be overcharged!! I called this place because of good reviews but now I think they are fake. We called the number they have here on Google and they said they would have a technician call us back with the price. The first thing the technician said after we explained, my husband was locked out of the car was do you have Cash or card. He said with card, it would be 150 and we said yes . We said card and he said he’d be there in about 30 minutes. The Locksmith leaves and I get an email saying we have been charged for over $400 including an $87 dollar tip!! We did not...

Technician arrived within two hours of my call, and there was communication when he was running late. He was super helpful and explained everything to me super well. For him to cut and program a new key for my 2014 VW beetle it took only around 30 minutes and everything works great! Pricing was also super reasonable for a mobile locksmith, not too much more than the cost to buy a key and program it directly from a Volkswagen dealership, and the communication was infinitely better than the VW dealership I had been dealing with for my key issue...
