Terrible customer service. Like, hilariously bad. Make no mistake - there is nothing country about this place, least of all how they treat their customers.
They also steal - if you pay for $50 of gas and it says you pumped 10 gallons and you are still on empty, the pump is broken, and the extremely rude and dismissive reaction of the angry little bald dude up front to this being brought up tells me they probably know this is an issue and either don't wish to fix it because they are lazy, or they are benefiting from it and don't mind stealing. I visit sometimes, as it makes a good landmark between Issaquah and Maple Valley. Although the place looks slightly ominous from the outside, it's really just like any other convenience store; uneventful and normal. Read moreI worked here for about 5 years. It's a good store that has most everything you'd need. Granted it may be a little pricey for some items, but hey it beats driving into town. They have a great selection of craft beers, and more variety of candy than most places you'll stop at. The deli food is always a good option if your hungry and in a hurry. Stop in and try a pizza boat, you'll be glad you did.
