This is your textbook, small town southern grocery store and I stop in every single time I come through the area for work. The deli in this place is top notch and makes the sort of sandwiches and meals that are hard to find today. The tuna and chicken salad sandwiches are SUPERB and freshly made on request or stocked premade in the coolers nearby. Its close proximity to Pickwick Lake camping/boating and the State Park make this place an excellent option for stocking your fridge, cooler, or dinner table with just about everything a grocery store could offer. This is a small grocery store in a lake area. It's not all that impressive looking from the road. But if you need supplies for your lake house, or while you're on your lake vacation at Pickwick lake, this is a great place to stop. This is not a Walmart and it can't be compared to a Walmart.
