Countless calls, countless emails 3 months later - No resolution! Blaming the trucking company Didn’t I buy the stove from your business? As I Expressed my aggravation to them why am I having to chase down to get a resolution ?? As a business owner they should have already had this claim resolved Instead Of pushing it off and pointing finger's at who’s responsible

What’s the difference- Isn’t the customer the most important thing? Obviously not with their store culture
