Iāve been living here now for over a year, itās dirty, congested, a hassle to find parking. People park anywhere they want, they donāt follow the traffic rules so thereās always road blocking! Itās just aggravating. Kids running in front of your car, little babies roaming around unattended, Itās only a matter of time before a tragedy happens. Iām constantly scared that even by going 10, 15 miles you could still hurt a little baby because their parents arenāt paying attention. I understand that kids should be able to enjoy the outdoors but the parking lots, driveways and roads are not for playing, the playground are, thereās also plenty of open land for kids to play but they are ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! If you have children you should be with them, watching them and cleaning up after them. It shouldnāt be my job to pick up dirty diapers and the trash they leave after playing out side. The HOA enforces only the rules thatās convenient for them. My boys were playing with my dog in the backyard off the leash and my landlord got crap from the HOA. Heaven forbid!!! They went as far as to call my dog by its breed āthe all mighty Pitt Bullā we pay a hefty rent but have to deal with the dirty, messy conditions and now, they are renting to multiple families living in one home, loud music, arguing, the smell of weed everywhere and on top of that trouble making teenagers from the apartment complex next to the Club āThe pondsāSorry to sound like a Karen but this is ridiculous and unacceptable...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDear Tina ,sixto,Michael and all other people complaining about the lack of respect and freedom here in the club at Jackson 21 Is untrue false and demands an explanation Tina may live with multiple Tenancies in a single family town house against local zoning and HOA regulations Who was her agent? How is this legal? the multiple groups of people and their cars living in a single family town home violate the hoa agreement with abandon;park blocking the sidewalk and park in the street against HOA contract creating an unsafe environment for the children living here. The contract apparently means nothing to them and they complain about their rights to violate the contract is comical!!?? the people living in the unit complaining and slandering my community have an air conditioner unit wind chime and unapproved modifications to the outside of their unit and park creating safety hazards for the children living here the community here is welcoming friendly and invites non-Jews to all events including private parties and shows zero racism towards anybody this is all projection of their violations of the contract and their blatant disregard for the residence living here and freedom to live without baseless accusatory language while destroying our community with your lack of caring for and violations the hoa contract and local...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of support and attention from our HOA over the past six months. My family and I were thrilled to move into our first home in this community, but our experience has been marred by inaction and unresponsiveness from the HOA.
Specifically:
Despite repeated requests, the HOA has failed to address the issue of investors buying homes and converting them into multi-tenant properties, causing parking congestion and disrupting the family-oriented atmosphere of our neighborhood. We've been fined for having my child's bike outside at night, yet the HOA hasn't provided any support or resources to address the real issues affecting our community. The pool, clubhouse, and other amenities have been closed for the entire six months we've lived here, despite our full payment of HOA fees ($280 monthly).
As homeowners and residents, we expect our HOA to serve our needs, maintain our community's standards, and prioritize our quality of life. Instead, it seems the focus is on selling homes without restrictions, disregarding the impact on our community.
I urge the HOA to take immediate action to address these concerns and work towards creating a better living environment for all residents. We...
