I purchased a refrigerator from Appliances and More in Lexington with the assistance of Mr. Chase just over a month ago, and recently returned to purchase a new dishwasher. This time, I visited the Appliance Warehouse in Jackson, where Mr. Cameron provided exceptional service, helping me select the right dishwasher and even loading it for me.

Both locations have demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and product knowledge. Whether you’re looking for a washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, or any other appliance, I highly recommend choosing them for your purchase.

6 months ago I bought Refrigerator from their Huntingdon location, and the icemaker never did work. I called and asked them if they could fix it and they said they would order the part, I went down there and spoke to a man about it, he took my number down but than weeks went by and they keep saying the same thing, now 6mths later still no icemaker. I went to the Jackson Store location last month to look for a stove and dishwasher, I asked about the Icemaker issue; they said the next time I was in the area to be sure to bring the model and year of the Refrigerator and they could find me one from some spare parts they had. Well today I called them to give them the information they asked for and told me that they don't do repairs, that I would have to order the part from someone else. I went in this store based upon Google reviews. I was not disappointed. The staff greeted me and showed me to the drier selection and to the price range i was looking for. I asked several questions and they answered in a most friendly manner. My appliance was delivered the same day within 10 minutes of the time frame he told me. They also hauled my old appliance away.
