Over priced, the staff wasn't helpful at all and even though they have a lot of tack, none of it was close to what I needed for my roping horses (not that it's their fault, not many roping events around here). When I asked about ordering things, they told me my best bet was Amazon or Ebay. In response I told them "I would prefer to see what I'm buying instead of just pictures " the woman responded "I don't really know what to tell you, I'm super busy, get with me before you leave.. okay" and then proceeded to stand behind the desk...

This store has horrible customer service. The manager is rude and inconsiderate. If you buy anything from there and there is an issue with it..ie a pair of boots..good luck...ended up costing me 3 trips there (total of 3.5 hrs driving) and still ended up having to buy another pair of boot to replace the ones I returned in a total of 3 months time. Very frustrated that customer service means nothing any longer. My suggestion is to bypass this place at any cost and...

Very beautiful clothing, boots, and accessories!! Everything in the store is so nicely made. Great prices on boots and everything else. Nice sales. The sales people were kind and offered their help.
