The process of booking a session at the rage room was very convenient, quick, and easy. Ms. Marsey is an absolute gem and was so kind and welcoming. She's created a beautiful and healing space in South Jackson, and she clearly cares for the wellness of every person who comes through the door. You can even take a break and chill on a rocking chair mid-session if that's what you need. My experience in the room was incredible. Ms. Marsey gave me all the necessary safety gear and guidance, and then I got to turn on my music as loud as I wanted and smash stuff for 20 minutes. The Rage Room is a hidden hem in this city. It's a great way to safely and legally release frustration! I've been there a few times, but this last time was very special to me. I was having an AWFUL day and called to schedule. The owner, Marcy, informed me that she was closed but said if I really needed to come, she could meet me there. Needless to say she met me there, I tore the entire room up, and left with a renewed sense of calm. She even has a serenity room for post-rage relaxation!
