I'm giving one star only because I LOVE what they have in stock. That's it. Customer service? Horrible. I tried to make orders with them 5 different times, just to be ignored each time. The last time I made an attempt to order a monogrammed cap for a gift, my order was not only ignored, it was deleted. Two weeks later I found an unpaid invoice in my email from them for the ball caps that they had not confirmed with me. I've made several attempts to figure out where my order is, and finally decided to call. When the woman who answered the phone picked up on the fact that I was quite agitated, she got rude with me and hung up before I could finish telling her "thank you". For two monogrammed ball caps, it has taken 6 weeks to get them to my house, when I could've gone to pick them up myself, as the shop isn't very far from where I live. I will NEVER do business with them again. If you can't properly deal with the public in a mature way, you shouldn't run a business. It's unfortunate. I really like their...
