Worst pharmacy ever. I have reliable insurance but every month when I go to get my prescription there’s ALWAYS a problem. For example I call and fill my prescription but when I get there, can u wait 30 min - hour OR u don’t have refills ( Why didn’t u tell me that at first? ) OR recently they’ve been telling me my petscription has already been picked up for the month. Today was my absolute last time EVER using Walgreens pharmacy. I finally got my prescription filled. I go in line is LONG down the isle ( always is) and drive through to the street. The text message I received telling me my order was ready gave me the quick pay option. I pay online and go to the front of the line, where I’m told I have to pay AGAIN. I pull up my bank statement on my phone and my card had already been charged once , so I show him. He makes me step to the side to wait on a manager who tells me the same thing. She tells me I’d have to bring a bank statment in showing her. I needed my prescription bad so...

Walgreens Corp office needs to audit this location. They pick up the phone without properly answering it and put you on mute until you're tired of waiting for someone to answer. I know it's on mute, because Walgreen's hold will.have music and speaking in the background. My friend just released from the hospital went through their drive thru to pick up his rx and they made he come inside. Once inside at the pharmacy window, they then told him their system was down. Who makes a sick person walk inside and then to ONLY say the system is down. Plus, she was RUDE to him and said he could take his prescription back. This location doesn't treat people right.
