This is not a good prison . They let other inmates hold trays of food from other prisoners resulting in malnutrition. They might add extra protein to the meals but the other inmates take away their trays for punishment they want to give it to them. You can be sexual assault there and nothing done to next day . Factual . Then the people running it never usually answers back . This place is a hellhole run by private people who do not give a dang about the people inside there . How can a person be rehabilitation when people are done like animals by other inmates and the guards do nothing to help . According to the news an inmate died there yesterday . It's not right . Don't expect Caseworker Reese to answer her phone. You literally have to call nonstop until she answers. She always seems annoyed by the time she actually picks up the phone. I just informed her that no one can leave her a voicemail and offered to call the I.T. department to get it fixed but we will see how that goes. You can't even leave a voicemail for the people that she transfers you to! I would understand if we're not allowed to leave voicemails for some reason. But tell me has to leave voicemails and then it immediately saying "I am unable to do that" is...

Would give a -star. Inmates stays on lockdown, staff unprofessional and does not assist AT ALL!!. When you call out there, they do not direct you or connect you to who you asked for and then will hang up. I assume they have caller ID, because they stop answering the phone when trying to call. I truly feel for all the inmates. If the operators are any indication of how this facility is run, the inmates don't stand a chance of any type of dignity or respect.
