Building a home and bought surround sound speaker package from this company. Technicians ran the wiring for the speakers. Didn’t preinstall speaker rings so when the drywall was installed they did not cut out openings for speakers. Technician showed up a week ago took one look and said, “oh they did not install the speaker rings.” He left never to be seen again. Fast forward to today. Ceiling is now insulated, textured and painted. Walk through is tomorrow and the Technician came in this morning took one look, stated he had to go to home depot And never returned. Called sales person David Jarvis and advised. He says I have to call production and will text me the number. Then hangs up before conversation was over. I call the number and get answers machine stating the office is closed. It is 3:25 p.m. Eastern time. Their website states they are open until 4:00 p.m. This is horrible customer service. Would never recommend this...
