Good morning to whom it may concern,
I am a regular customer at Chico Tires for three executive years, however, today is the day that I feel disrespect from your employees. I don't think I will no longer be a regular customer. What I most feel disrespect is that your employee didn't apologize of the wrong action they did. Regardless my rims already have minor scratches, they insisted that they didn't scratch it. How did they scratch it? When they take off the lug nut and insert the lug nut back in, they scratched the tires some more. The scrawny short employee with the long hair was the one that rotated my rims. I told him that he does his job too fast and he needed to slow down and be more careful. I'm a really calm and collective person which I understand he was just doing his job and I guess no one ever call him out for the quality work he did. He then went to another employee and told him that I tried accusing him scratching my rims, but the other employee know that he did scratch my rims and stated that it was just a minor scratch. The one that scratch my rims walked away without saying anything like a coward. Although these employees know the wrong doing they didn't do anything to show custom and curtesy or respect for their customer. I've been coming to Chico for three executive years and showing my support to this tire shop and these is how I...
Read moreHighly disappointed. The guys there thought they'd try and get over on a woman while avoiding paying taxes on tires. They tried to sell me used 4 tires, only 2 matched, for $400 CASH or $450.00 plus tax and they werent even 10 ply tires, maybe a 4ply or a 2ply . They kept insisting I pay with cash, to which I kept replying it's a company truck, I only have a card. After talking with my father-in-law, who owns the company truck, I asked for cheaper tires and was told they could get me some in the same shape I have for $80 each!!!! They are dang near bald! My f-i-l daid I could go to the Ford house and get them cheaper brand new. The guys a Chico's are full of it and thought they'd get over on a woman. Sorry, it's true! My family has went there numerous times and had no trouble but it was the guys I my family. I went to Silance Tires and I'm getting brand new 10 ply tires for $500.00, plus tax. Save your money and go somewhere who's not trying to take advantage or cheat the government! I'm tired of paying higher taxes...
Read moreThis is a horrible place to do business and I will never use them again for vehicle repairs. They nearly cost me and children's lives. Not only did they not repair my previous repairs correctly and I had to get them all done again, they didn't replace my hub bearings properly and multiple nuts nearly fell off while I was driving. There were multiple shortcuts they took when replacing the hub bearings. If the bolts would have fell all the way off then my tires would have fallen off along with my whole wheel assembly. If this would have happened while driving it would have been a horrible accident. I took my vehicle from NC to PA multiple times with my kids and I, so we could have seriously gotten hurt. On top of this, they tried to scam me on 4 tires when my thread is still good and tried to tell me all 4 of my rims were bent when they're not. They're unethical and unmoral and are scamming customers. I advise nobody to do business with this company if they value their safety or their...
