CJ's food mart — Local services in Jacksonville

Update November 2023: Still a good store. Has some nice feed supplies if you need dog food, horse food, etc. Still family owned, by a nice couple. Store has changed a lot, but still go on the regular.

Original revive; Boy that's an old review.. ED hasn't opened the store in many years.

Family owned mini super market and feed store. Friendly staff most of the time, but every once in a while you get someone being a little off. That is the way it is with family businesses, and most every where. Never rude, just off. Good selection for a small store, and reasonable prices.

P.S. Don't worry about Ed, he's loud...

We order burgers from here all the time, never had any problems, until tonight. We ordered 5 cheeseburger baskets, spent over 50 dollars and every one of them was wrong. When we called they told us they to give them 30 mins and they would have them ready for us. They call back about 15 mins later and argue with my husband that they made them right. He was on the phone for about 10 minutes with them trying to understand how their mess up was our fault. They did not make it right nor refund any money. Bad customer service. You mess up don't lie and try to make it seem like it...

I order from CJ's all of the time and Wow the food is great! The Pizza's are great! The burgers are off the chains! And the wings are amongst my favorites. I recommend CJ's to anyone in or out of the area of Batesville Pike it is a one stop & shop food/gas station with very reasonable and competitive prices. It's a five star...
