This store used to be a Cupid’s Lingerie and was really a pain to deal with. I tried to make a return there and was informed I could only exchange or get a gift card. Which is fine, I asked for the gift card. But I was told that machine wasn’t working and to come back Saturday. I did and was issued the gift card. When I had taken the gift card to the other location they told me there was nothing on it. Luckily I kept the receipt that showed the gift card number and the amount of money that was supposed to be loaded on it. She took care of me but I had some left over. Much later I returned to this store and when it came time to pay they told me they couldn’t accept the gift card, that they issued to me in the first place. Just a whole mess and I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

EDIT: After seeing this poor reply “from the owner” I feel like I have to make it clear that gift card was issued during the business changing over hands and was the reason the machine wasn’t working that day. And although they were still branded as a Cupid’s they refused to honor the gift card they had given me at all and made no attempt to make accommodations. This was not a gift card I got from a Cupid’s and just rolled up in there thinking it was going to work /after/ they changed the sign. This was a card issued by this business while they were changing everything over- even made me come back after the system was set up- and still refused to honor. Terrible experience. Came in looking for a special gift and the lady (plump woman) never greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. That's okay, I don't expect red carpet treatment or anything but I think asking if a customer needs help is reasonable. Okay, so pick out a gift and the lady is on the phone when I'm ready to make the purchase. Not a work related call. I could tell because she was talking about her weekend plans. I know she saw me at the counter, waiting there. Finally she ends her phone call with her friend and again, no "did you find everything okay?" or anything. The price at the register was wrong and different from the sticker price. She basically told me "sorry, but this is the price" and I think she should have discounted it to what the sticker had. Of course I said this is not okay, and she got really rude. Telling me maybe I should go somewhere else. So I didn't buy from them and took her advice. Seriously this "manager" needs to be fired. I've gone in over a handful of times over the past year and not once had a bad experience. The first thing that always gets me is how amazing it smells walking in and the warm greetings. Everything is orderly and beyond clean. In my mind, I thought places like these would be gross, dirty, and unkept. Whoever cleans that place needs to clean my house, because its always spotless. Never met anyone there yet that couldn't answer any of my embarrassing questions. One of the times I bought a toy. They asked me what I was looking for, the purpose, and so many more questions. At the end of it all, they lead me to the location and options. I mentioned some of it was out of my price range and they gave me my best options. It was way better than shopping online.
