I am a frequent visitor of the Hart Bridge, and think you should definitely try it, if you want to try something different than Fuller Warren Bridge. It doesn't have the character or the atmosphere of the Acosta Bridge, but it should be given a chance. The best reason to try it is the view of Downtown, Daily's Place, and TIAA Bank / Jaguars Stadium. It also provides a way to get to I95 North from the East side of Downtown. One negative, and it's not the Hart Bridge's fault, are the many selfish, slow drivers in the left lane, causing unnecessary slowdown. MOVE OVER!!! If you are scared of heights, take the Main Street bridge!!! Apologies, got side-tracked... By the way, Google, why are you asking me to review a Bridge?! Peace...
