Not only is Katrina a great cook, but she has one of the greatest personalities I have ever seen. Pleasant and nice, sweet and friendly. One of the things that I love is her baked beans. I was at her house one day and this is before she started catering and I watched her cook her baked beans and I have been making my baked beans the way she cooks them every since I ate some of her baked beans. Very disappointed in this experience. Food arrived late and communication was poor. Each time we’d call to get an update we were told a different excuse. Event started at 5pm and we requested the food arrive between 3-4pm. On the day of, our food order was pushed back in time twice. Once to 4pm and then again to 4:45.
