What a sad BX! If you've only ever been at LRAFB, you may like it, but it's seriously lacking. Clothing sales is fine and the main store has a few things, but the nail salon told me it was too late for a pedicure when I went in 2 hours before closing, and the food court has 3 restaurants, 2 of which I've never seen open, and all of which close before dinner time!

Read moreThis is a decent Bx compared to some that I've been too, but won't wow you either. However, what I think this establishment does better than others is their focus on the customer.
I frequent this Bx and anytime the checkout lines are starting to build up an employee stops doing their other task and opens another line. Or the "online return/pick up" counter will announce over the speakers that they are available to help.
Seems like common since right? Unfortunately, I find this to be a very rare occurrence at other establishments.
