I have to say I was excited to finally get the dream mom car I’ve been wanting. Aaron was very helpful with assisting me with the sell. But I don’t like the way they conducted business with us. First off, the car wasn’t on the showroom floor yet but Aaron pulled strings to let us see it and I feel in love. With that being said I didn’t get to drive off the lot with my car I had to wait for them to finish the car which was totally fine to me, I knew that I’d have to wait till they had the car ready. They were nice and gave me a loaner car until mine was done but when I got car a few days later, I opened the sunroof on the way home and when I got home it wouldn’t close. Now they were supposed to do an inspection on the car and was said the car had passed. I had to then send my car back only to find out the sunroof actually had a broken part. Not to mention my kids were pulling out trash from the backseat from the previous driver, how can you sell someone a car and not even make sure everything is clean? There was so much dirt left in the car that I had to pay for my newly purchased car to get detailed by someone else. Not to mention they gave me two keys, on one of the keys the buttons were broken and had to send that back to fix as well. Not even two weeks after I finally got to drive my own vehicle, the batteries in both keys were dead. Now at time of purchase I didn’t have my old license plate, so they “did me a favor” and switched my registration to a new tag which I didn’t ask for. Now a month later after receiving a random call from them asking to verify my plate. They sent me yet ANOTHER plate in the mail and asked me to send back the old one with a note that they were sorry for the mix up. No one notified me that they were even doing that. No one even told me there was a problem. I don’t believe they treat their customers like this. I believe they didn’t care about me at all, I have never had no experience like this with any other car that we have purchased from any other business. It was very sloppy, careless and aggravating. All I can say is that Aaron did his best to try to help me but I still am upset with the...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mazda City, and I must say, the experience was exceptional, thanks to David, an outstanding car salesman, and his manager, Cole. I got connected with David through their online presence and from the moment I started chatting with him, David's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made a significant impact.
David's genuinity in conversation, taking time to make sure that everything is exactly as I'm looking for was beyond expectations. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the options with patience and clarity. David was never pushy; instead, he was focused on ensuring I found the perfect car for me. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and I felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. I particularly asked for a specific deal, and to my surprise, he got me a much better and cheaper deal on the exact model that I was looking for.
What truly set this experience apart was the seamless teamwork between David and his manager, Cole. Cole's involvement added an extra layer of confidence and assurance. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my requests made a lasting impression. Cole ensured that every aspect of the transaction was transparent and fair, making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
Together, David and Cole created an atmosphere of trust and reliability. Their combined efforts resulted in a car-buying experience that was not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. I left Mazda City with a fantastic vehicle and a sense of gratitude for the exceptional service I received.
If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Mazda City and asking for David. With Cole's supportive management, you can be confident that you'll receive top-notch service and drive away in the perfect car for you. Thank you, David and Cole, for setting such a high standard in customer service and making my car-buying journey a...
Read moreWas looking around for a car specifically for my 3 large dogs and tailgating since our 2 current sport cars lack the room (GTO and WRX). Settled on getting a used Subaru Outback. Was between one from here or one from Arlington Toyota. Both were a 2017, the one at Arlington Toyota was a lower trim but had a little over 30k less miles than the one from Mazda. I called Toyota and gave them an OTD price I was willing to pay since it was a 3rd vehicle for us and I already had financing. They told me they couldn't do any pricing over the phone and asked me to come in because if the manager sees me in person then maybe he'll make a better deal since it might be hard to get to that OTD due to their dealer fee's. No joke, the guy actually mentioned dealer fees over the phone. Yeah, no thanks. Called Mazda and told them the same thing. They said they could absolutely work with me at the OTD price I mentioned and could get the car ready. They just recently obtained the vehicle as a trade in so had no pictures of the inside which they happily sent a video of when I asked. When I got there I spoke with Steve who I've bought 2 new Mazda's from before. Absolutely wonderful experience. Didn't push me around nor tried to get me to finance through them since I already had my financing. Was able to test drive the vehicle and even let me do donuts in the field they have in the back. Came back with a deal for the exact price I wanted OTD and even disclosed some issues they initially saw on the vehicle when they first inspected it for trade in. You just can't beat that honesty folks. They gave me an even better price to fix these issues. They made an appointment for me on a later date to fix the issues and even gave me a courtesy vehicle. The whole buying experience with test drive probably took 2 hours and was as amazing as I remember with my first Mazda's from them. Love them so much. They definitely have a...
