Not a good experience at all. We reached out to get measurements so met with her at her home, explained she would need a deposit which would go towards a custom kurta to do measurements. Paid her $50 thru Venmo, texted back and forth until said we decided not to make a custom piece but still wanted to purchase ready made from her as we need about 9 seperate outfits. 9/10 I texted with an question of how much to make a piece we found and then also the price for ready mades, responded $25-30 just like last year. I was confused as we have never done business with her prior to this experience so asked what she meant. Ghosted. No response...texted her multiple times thru out a 2 week period but nothing. Finally called her today and she was very short; continued to cut me off. I explained I am not asking for my money back but to actually buy more pieces and she just talked over me and told me she had to go, had other customers. Very rude and unprofessional. I needed a few dresses for my upcoming trip to India for a wedding and struggled to find any in the right colors that I liked. I decided to take my chances and order something off an Indian website and it was awful and didn’t fit the measurements I gave at all. I found Sanskriti Boutique on a whim on Google and she was able to help me immediately find the perfect lenghas for my event. I needed specific colors and style for this wedding, so I ordered custom. She was extremely communicative throughout the process, went out of her way to make sure I would be happy with my choices, and always answered my questions immediately. When I went to pick up the dresses, she took her time to make sure everything fit correctly and that I was happy with the purchase. I was invited to my first Indian wedding and had not the slightest clue where to find a traditional Lehenga dress. As a procrastinator, I left the dress hunt until just a few weeks before the wedding. When I found Panthini's shop online I was so happy to find out that there was a store in Jacksonville and I didn't have to resort to an online rush order. Sanskriti boutique is located inside of her residence, which I was nervous about at first but upon arrival I was so happy that I decided to go!! They have SO many options and Panthini was a true pleasure! She was so accommodating in helping me find the perfect dress and outfit for me and my brother. She even helped accessorize!
