As a Naval Officer of over 21 honorable years of service, I am called upon to conduct conferences and impromptu meetings with senior level Officers, Flag Officers and occasionally appointed members of political office. My appearance and decorum is my priorty as when you are first greeted, the shake of your hand and the appearance of head [to toe] can be deal breaker to someone that wants to make a deal or pass on a deal. Was going to be in Jax for the evening and looked up shops the in the area.

5/5 stars all across the board…There’s a reason for it.

Sam did an amazing job and definitely takes pride in his work.

Everyone knows the Supercuts style treatment, where clippers rub up against the side of your head for one minute and you leave looking like an extra in a low budget 90’s movie…Sadly, even barbershops are starting to adopt this “crank em out” style cut.

Sam will not let you get out of the chair until he and you are both satisfied.

I’ve been to numerous barbers over the years; Many great ones, but he goes above and beyond…He will study the shape of your face and cut and shape your hair and beard accordingly…Never experienced that before.

The coolest thing besides a great cut, is spending the hour in the chair like you are talking to a close friend…He’s one of those people you meet for the first time and feel like you’ve known for years. Very genuine dude.

I am completely blown away by Kristen and by the barber shop as a whole! It was my first time there and I can’t fathom going anywhere else after my experience. Every barbershop needs to take notes. I’ve been growing my hair out for a little while and i could not for the life of me figure out my own hair and how to style it. Kristen sat me down and we talked through my hair goals. I gave her complete control and she did an amazing job. She was so detailed and precise and even educated me on my own hair. 28 years I’ve been battling my hair and within 1 hair cut had my hair tamed. She was also extremely nice and conversed with the whole time! We need more people like the people at Twelve Hair Studio when it comes to high end haircuts.
