I came here yesterday as of this post because my water pump went out. I was referred by Quality Transmission and they said that Titan Autoservice was the way to go and knowledgeable. Sure enough everything went better than I had expected. Staff was very friendly and service was top notch. I had go the estimate of about 2 to 3 days to get it looked at, which I was in no particular rush at the time. And to no avail I got a text message the same day around 5pm saying it was ready to get worked on. Way sooner than I expected. Fast forward to today around lunch time and I get a text saying it’s ready!!!! This was definitely good service!!! Once again QUALITY work and good customer service has me coming back. I took my van in to get the brakes looked at. David and his team took the time to explain what I needed done and also mention my tires were bad and I needed new tires ASAP.. Matt was patient with me, as I called my husband to get his opinion. I figured I was going to have to come back to get the work done, but they did it all on the same day in house!! What other repair shops have the parts on hand! I was in and out in 3 hours and the staff offered free water and snack while I was waiting and even found me a cord for my laptop. Took the truck of my 87yr old father in for them to look at it. With smiles, they talked with us at 4:55pm on a Friday, even though they close at 5pm. They assured us they could jump right into it in Monday when they opened. By days end, they texted me the link to review their findings of work that was needed along with pricing. They offer you the option to approve or decline anything prior to beginning the work. Loves that feature. No hidden fees or costs. They had the truck fixed by 4pm that day.
