Everything was good till I went and picked up the machine. check engine lights came on and I said that will need to be looked at and was told "because of of an engine light" i said yes this is a 2023. it should work great. the machine wasn't cleaned and I had to ask them to clean it. they knew I was coming a week early. I said dirty equipment is an impression on you guys. They made some excuse and I repeated myself and it went quiet for a minute and we moved on .

Came back they said thats just what it does. But they cleaned the motor.

I was told a disc mulcher would be here 1-20 and it was delayed and they said they checked on it everyday but decided to wait till the day of supposed arrival to tell me knowing I needed it.

I was told that mulcher would arrive in a couple weeks when I made the purchase at beginning of December. I waited over amonth then canceled it.

I didn't get my pallet forks.

Had to drive out 3 different times and in the end canceled half my order.

They sided with bobcat and their delays over a small business.

They knew I couldn't make a purchase till I had a contract. These delays and run around costed our business a tremendous amount of time , money, energy, and effort.

The craziest thing is the sales guy worked with me for a year then after the sale I felt like I became chopped liver as my gma would say.

They got their money either way and I got delays and problems.

This place is a nightmare to deal with. We are moving and selling our tractor. They said they would buy it but took over a month to come up with an offer. After weeks of saying it was just waiting for approval they said they changed their mind and left us in a complicated situation. I am not upset that they wouldn't buy it. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked with. I was looking to purchase a Bobcat, inquired about the missing bucket, and then they offered me a free used rental bucket. I was fine with that, so went to move forward with the sale. The manager accepted and then revoked the offer, where he then told me they could no longer sell at that price. I would have to pay for the used bucket which all bobcats come with at least a bucket or forks your choice. Don’t waste your time...
