Took my girlfriend into emergency room for possible side affects to covid shot and she was constipated for 15 days on Friday the 13th of October 2023, lady at counter cked her in took her bk to room, I waited in waiting rm , lady comes back I asked if she was watching what was on TV it was about shootings crime stuff which I don't care to watch see enough on news asked if I could Change channel she replied I'm watching this, ,didn't know jrmc pays there employees to watch TV, go into room they took blood, took pictures of insides told us she was blocked, I talked to Dr he wasn't concerned about test her glucose was 256 I asked what to do Dr replied this is an emergency rm you need to talk to your Dr and have diabetes test done and replied this is an emergency room we can't do nothing make appt with a gi Dr the first lady never took her pulse her temp or her blood pressure what a mess the tv show was more important to her than my girlfriend to bad this is only place in jamestown to go for possible emergency I would not even recommend jrmc for there performance never been so disrespected like this before she was there 3 weeks b4 for same issue and the Dr that day helped clean her out to make her more comfortable the nurse Dr and receptionist should be ashamed of themselves for not doing anything to help us didn't know they pay people to watch TV and not care about the patients...

I give this Hospital 10/10 I gave birth on 9/26/2023 I had best experience with the nurses and I have the best doctor Delivery my baby Dr. Huber the hospitality was amazing the nurses were fabulous they took good care of me and made sure I was calm and everything while I was there . They made sure to keep on checking on me and even stayed by my side because I was there alone we were waiting for my boyfriend to fly in from out of state that same night I was about to give birth. I was nervous but all that went away because the nurses were there for me and my doctor shes just amazing she’s would check on me to see if I dilated more I love the fact that they would show there concerns about me and if I had questions they made sure they had the answers to it. I had the sweetest nurses and doctor I’m very thankful I had an amazing experience giving birth at the hospital. And the nutritionist was very helpful and sweet they made sure to come and take orders for me even though after birth I wasn’t feeling hungry and didn’t have any appetite at all . They were the most amazing nutritionists I have had and this my first time every having a baby in Jamestown I moved from out of state and the way I was treated by the hospital staff were just very friendly and...

Our 12 year old son had to have a minor surgery to diagnose an issue and the Surgical and Urology staff were nothing short of fantastic. Our son felt so at ease. He had surgery on a Friday and the diagnosis indicated a rare situation which sent us to St. Paul's Children's Hospital in Minnesota. Dr. Bates worked quickly on the referral and we were contacted by St. Paul just hours after surgery and they were able to get us in 2 days later! Sophie was our son's main nurse on surgery day at JRMC and on our trip to St. Paul he asked if he could name our vehicle's navigation voice "Sophie" - since she took such good care of him in the hospital he figured she'd take care of him on our trip too (which she did :-)! Dr. Bates was clear, informative, comforting to our son and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to the immediate referral and assistance in getting our son on to the next step. Numerous other nurses assisted our son, including helping him through the anesthesia process. As parents in a stressful situation, we can't say enough about how well we were taken...
