Tried calling Wednesday and Thursday for a tee time. No answer. Kept calling. Left to drive over to personally book a tee time. Guy finally answered phone. Guy Says “I see you have been calling over and over. I am busy with 70 golfers here and a tournament” I said “are you open? I have been trying to call for 2 days and nobody answers and no recording? I am frustrated as I can’t get through to anyone and I am driving over because I can’t get through”. He hangs up on me. I call back. He says “ I won’t be verbally abused” wow! A simple answering of the phone and saying you were booked could have solved the issue. No excuse for not picking up the phone. There was no abuse from this end at all. You were just too busy to listen to a potential patron. Too bad as you were the rude one. With service like this you will never survive.
