Most of the time this place is great place to load. They get you in dock pretty much as soon as you get here no matter when your appointment time is and have you loaded in 30 minutes or so. Beware this time of year (harvest season or pack season they call it) because you are generally held close to your appointment time. There is plenty of room to park with restroom and vending machines available. I picked up a couple times last week and one day they had 148 trucks to load. You can see in the pics I posted that trucks were lined up waiting in staging areas. I showed up each morning before 6 am with 1 pm apt times and didn’t get a dock until almost noon each day. I arrived very early for my appointment so I wasn’t expecting to get loaded, I called the receiving department to inform them I was going to check out to get food and before I could even explain the young lady on the phone went on a very fast paced rant about me needing to be worked in and that was never a concern of mine I mean she really went on a rant. The docks were busy all day but I didn’t ask her to accept the job that she has nor should I have to get backlash from the frustration she may have felt. Had an 8pm appt., arrived at 6:05. Pulled up to the security gate and was given a door immediately. Slide tandems and they have you go into the warehouse, tell you what they are loading and how they will load it. Two guys brought product while one guy loaded the trailer. It took 35 minutes. The gentleman loading actually apologized because his scanner lost power and he had to get a replacement. He said you should have been done in 20 minutes.
