Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC (URT) — Local services in Janesville

Don't buy from them on eBay. I won an eBay auction on a HP Elitebook laptop and they cancelled it, stating it was "oversold". They listed the reason for cancelling fraudulently as "buyer requested cancellation". They do not sell their laptops with batteries or power adapters and I had already purchased both of these items from other sellers.

No offer to cover the cost of the battery or power adapter. I filed a complaint with eBay which stated it would reduce their seller rating as they do not take kindly to sellers posting items they do not...

I waited here to get unloaded for 6 hours. They let everyone go in front of me and I asked why he never gave a reason. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. i am a local truck driver. I have never experienced anyone this outrageously rude to their cumstomers. Highly recommend that dispatch never send any drivers here. The warehouse is extremely unorganized and when you go inside to look for a worker you have to hunt them down. Highly recommend...
