Howdy, I was at your store today. Bought $90 worth of 1x’s. Just wanna say that it’s my pleasure to drive the half hour to your store — and really, it’s not so much about the bargains, which are real. It’s about the experience. The vibe. I freakin’ love that you guys offer big box prices and yet are the opposite of the corporate vibe. One of your dudes commented about my tee shirt. The exchange felt human, not corporate, if you get me. It was a natural-feeling interaction. Him and me, we may disagree about a dozen topics—but none of that mattered. We were just two dudes passing in a store on a Friday. And that’s the point— the vibe you guys have feels so low-key and “local” as to naturally put off old school vibes.

*Buyer Beware Went to buy cabinets and Josh said that it would take 8 weeks on Unfinished cabinets….He said that he had finished cabinets…They were in the warehouse and looked dirty. We thought we could clean them up so we purchased them…Josh and a coworker loaded them up and when I got home to unload them I discovered they were more than dirty..They were poor in quality and damaged..I immediately took them back..Josh told that they have a non refund policy….He said everything is as is..This was not mentioned at the time of purchase…The no return policy is not mentioned at the time of purchase..they do have a sign which is attached to the ceiling, how many people look up. Also it is mentioned in fine print on the receipt. It makes sense to have a no return policy on salvage products however the cabinets are a product that they produce. A product that is very low quality…This is a lesson learned not do do business with a...

We ordered cabinets from these folks and I'd recommend to anyone reading to not do that. Display cabinets were all hard wood faces, when we got our actual cabinets, the middle style was soft pine.....when asked about it, they said they use a variety of wood on the faces. Really? Soft pine on a cabinet face, some with mold spots, not even sanded down, just straight off the shelf, and drawers...one ding and a dent for life as well as a swelling fitment problem. We will be taking these apart and replacing the junk-pile wood they put in them. Although friendly, for a few hundred more we could have had much better cabinets.
