I love that we have a local Dollar General, but this one never discounts my digital coupons. I finely started demanding the discount that I took the time to load in my phone. For some reason it NEVER Recognizes my discount. And I hate holding up a line ,but i save any where from a buck to $8 sometimes! I had a worker tell me the same thing happens to hers as well. THIS NEEDS FIXED!! I WANT MY DISCOUNTS!...When i walk out without the discount I feel ripped off. I don't know why management won't report it since they tell me it is Corporates fault. But they can change it there in the store....um ok...Guess I will report it. You would think they would since it looks like someone is doing their job & cares customers get their discounts. The store is much cleaner & organized so I give a star for that. The crew are always kind & greet you so I give 2 stars for that. Read morePretty bad store. Guest service is awful. The workers are so rude and hateful. Treat you exactly like what you are "a transaction". They have carts blocking every isle so you can't access, browse or buy the things you need. And Lord forbid, don't ever ever ever touch a cart to move it to grab what you need. The workers yell at you and say " you are not allowed to touch these carts". And if you defend your self saying your just moving it to grab what you needed they go and gossip about you to the other cashier's up front saying "that's the rude one that touched the cart".
