Supermercado Econo — Local services in Jayuya

Went food shopping today with my husband and kids and the security guard was following us through out the store as if we were going to steal our groceries . Made us feel uncomfortable for him to assume that we would steal our groceries.. I take it he doesn't like outsiders ( We are visiting family here in Jayuya ) If there was another supermarket for us to go to we would have just left and bought our groceries else where . Guy needs to Stop Assuming People would steal .. And Needs To STOP STEREO TYPING !!!!!! We Didn't Give Him Any Reason To Assume We Were...

Worst place ever! These a rat came out of potatoes. All the items that are packaged always come with one or 2 rotten. Meat is at times cut out and resurfaced and sold again. People get diarrhea or slightly poisoned and dont know why. No don't recommend it at all. Ah, and wash all cans bottles food well super well. There have been traces of rat urine ....

Good service, variety and organization has improved a lot, however, prices are extremely high in compare to others (if you buy any other item not part of the weekly specials), vegetable area really needs improvement as well as parking area, shopping carts...
