I contacted Rise Safe With Us to pick me up from the Knoxville airport and drop me off at my family's car which was located at a storage facility close to the airport. This quick and easy drop off turned for the worse when I realized my family car was dead. As a New Yorker without a personal car, I didn't have the necessary support (AAA or State Farm Road Assistance) to get the car back up and running. After a few failed attempts to reach my family and another failed attempt to use a friend's AAA service I quickly began to panic. Tired and stressed I didn't know what to do. Through all of this, DeWayne stayed by my side, insisting on not leaving me at the empty storage facility alone. Upon realizing I was unable to contact my family he stepped in and offered to contact his own AAA service to help me resolve the problem (and as he called, he brought me out some snacks and water). After AAA arrived and jumped my car they informed me that I was in dire need of a new battery. DeWayne stepped in again, locating a nearby AutoZone, escorting me and my car to the location, and staying with me through the new battery installation to ensure that my car was fully repaired and road-ready.

One thing my wife and I learned while planning our wedding is that when you attach the word "wedding" to anything, the price goes up exponentially. The transportation industry is certainly not immune to this rule! We researched several transport businesses in the Knoxville area and nearly all were charging a week's pay or more to drive us from Clinton to Lenoir City. Fortunately we found Ride Safe With Us. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and provided us with a fair, reasonable quote for our trip. Their driver was at our send-off 15 minutes early, giving our wedding party plenty of time to load up our stuff, then waited patiently for us to say our goodbyes. Our driver was friendly and fun, our ride was stylish and elegant, and most of all, everything was affordable. I'll have to admit, however, while I am beyond thrilled with the service provided, adding a "BIDEN FUEL" note to the fuel surcharge on our bill was unnecessary and unprofessional. Such a caring company and people. DeWayne absolutely made our beginning and ending of our trip. We had some plane trouble when trying to get home. Severe weather caused several delays in coming home. DeWayne stayed up waiting for us to let him know if the airport was going to be able to get us home that night. After 1:30 I let him know we were stuck at the airport and we were suppose to have a meeting plane the next morning. Well the next morning we were delayed again.
