What an amazing experience from the very first day I walked into this dealer, from the delivery and install of my lift, to yesterday when my brand new Axis A20 surf boat was delivered to Culvers Lake!! I have been in a similar sales/service industry for over 30 years so I came with high expectations and I was grateful how they were pleasantly exceeded!! I really cannot say enough about my salesman Mike!! He has been beyond patient with me from day one to delivery!! His knowledge is second to none which is sooooooo important when you are making such a huge purchase!! Paid to have services completed which were never completed as described. (Failure to install vents on shrink-wrap and disconnect battery for winterization) Also, refusal to perform simple impeller change because owner was in a rush to get boats out due to lake water drawdown even though my boat was taken to the marina in early September. Brought back boat in November, as agreed, to address shrink wrap vent and battery issue and owner refused to work on boat. Purchased my boat brand new from this marina and expect two things: 1. Work to be completed as described and paid for and 2. Work to be completed as agreed. Eric and the LHM staff deserve a HUGE shout out for their recent work. We had plans to leave for vacation on Thursday but when we went to pull the boat from the water Tuesday night found that it would not start. At this point we pretty much thought we'd be heading to Lake George without a boat but Eric and team would not let that happen. First off, at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday, Eric had no reservations about hopping on the phone to walk us through some potential fixes. When that didn't work, we dropped the boat at the marina and hoped for the best.
