There are three golf courses in Greene county, Iowa and this is the overall nicest of those three. From the club house to the putting green, and the only driving range offered. Prices are reasonable for a 9- hole rural course like this one.

But i might add that most of the greens are small and slightly crowned which makes it interesting on approach to keep the ball on...

If you only have time to play one course in the Jefferson area, pick this one! It's a short course, but it's a challenge. It's in wonderful condition and everyone we meet was friendly. Ask the story about how the course came to be. ...

It's a really short course, only 1 par 5 and that is only 425 yards, but it is a challenging course. Lots of tree lined, narrow gateways. Greens are small and relatively fast. The course is well...
