Posey's Pro Truck — Local services in Jena

I took wheels and tires in to be mounted and balanced last week. I told them the wheels were two different sizes and be sure to put the larger tires on the larger wheels and vice versa. Not only did they put them on the opposite of what was told, they also scratched the wheels. We were 2 1/2 hours away from home when we discovered their mistake. My husband had to take off of work in order to have the wheels/tires corrected. When he called, he was told that the owner would be calling him back to discuss the situation. That was several days ago and he has yet to receive a return call. We spent over $180 to have them mounted and balanced for nothing. It was a complete waste of money and got scratched rims to top it off. Save your money. Go somewhere that actually cares about customer service. By the way, the place we had our wheels/ tires done correctly costs...

I had my oil changed today. I also received the unfortunate bad news about an oil leak and air conditioning repairs that I need to have done. Also, there was a bit of confusion about what the oil change was going to cost - so insist on an exact price before the work is done. Even with that, the people were all very friendly, courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable about their business and work to be performed. I will definitely go back to Posey's for my next...

Very friendly staff and great service !!!! They worked me in tha day I called which surprised me and got me out of there fast enuf I made it in time to get my son from school !!! Tint was done fast and right what more can you ask...
