Revolution Ice Centre — Local services in Jenkins Township

A four star from me.... Why? Because , I am a retired former I.S.I. instructor that was very involved with up and coming players throughout the late Ice Box Arena and moving forward into Revolution. The change of management was a hard pill to consume. The learning skaters/players were always my priority in safety first, fun and always a commitment in keeping education, in my approach in being a coach that kept all of these kids respected and heard. I have nothing but praise for the staff members that I had the pleasure of working with. I don't think any of the students I personally worked with would deny, I gave them valuable attention. I admire the work being done to future this establishment. It's not just recreational, it's been built upon through generations of hard work to better our sport of ice hockey and beyond. I hope, all will appreciate my review as a positive.... I may have hung up the skates, but my passion was hearing that early morning buzzing coming from the lights warming up.... I recently visited your facility to participate in an Adult Skills & Drills session before our WVIHL game. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were new payment terms in place. Specifically, the option to pay online with a $15 fee plus an additional processing fee, or pay $25 in person. This effectively constitutes a .666% (ironic 🤔) surcharge for using cash. The staff member at the counter explained that this policy was implemented to incentivize online transactions. However, I was not notified of this change beforehand, and the online platform did not disclose any price discrepancies for paying with legal tender in person. When I spoke with the manager, they explained that the increased cost was due to the expense of having staff members present at the counter. Ironically, there were three employees behind the counter at the time, engaged in a conversation unrelated to work. I hope this matter can be clarified and addressed...

I came here with a group of friends last weekend for Cosmic Skate and it was a blast!!! The lights, the music, the vibes… so much fun! And Reagan was super helpful in explaining everything and making us feel welcome ~especially those of us who are newbies to the skating scene! Definitely my new favorite spot on a Friday night!!! They also provide skates with your ticket, and there’s a refreshment stand for snacks and drinks, plus lockers for rent to keep your belongings in! Oh, and they have little skate buddies for kiddos trying to learn! I truly cannot recommend this place enough! Now go give it a whirl and live out those ice queen dreams of yours!!! You...
